Additional Information: Significant experience with a wide range of client populations groups. I have worked with individuals residing in the downtown eastside of Vancouver struggling with mental illness and addictions; First Nations residential school survivors at Vancouver Native Health Society; clients experiencing severe and persistent mental illness with Vancouver Coastal Health Authority - Community Mental Health; adolescents coping with addictions and family / social conflict with the Surrey School District; co-facilitating a mandated group therapy program for male sex offenders; and adults, teens and couples going through a variety of stressors including (but certainly not limited to) depression, anxiety, eating disorders, marital / couple conflict, stress management, grief and loss, addictions (substance, gambling and sexual), career / life transitions, and trauma.

I have training in a several different therapeutic approaches, and have found ACT to be the most beneficial and efficacious.
