I was both the primary and family therapist for Clementine Houston and di my clinical internship hours with Clementine. We used ACT and I specifically led ACT group therapy as well as practiced/operated from ACT with many of my clients and their families.

Cassie also is certified and trained by The Mayo Clinic as a health and wellness coach, and brings more than two decades of corporate leadership development to her coaching clients.
Cassie began her clinical counseling career as both a primary and family therapist in residential treatment for eating disorders. Beyond that, Cassie’s clinical approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).
Cassie's approach is kind and compassionate, as well as active and engaging.
